With one very notable exception, if your divorce is completed, your ex has no greater right to information from your employer than anyone else.

That notable exception is for obtaining support. For example, a spouse has a right to attach the earnings of the ex who is ordered to pay support. In that case, your ex would need to forward certain documents to your employer.
