Legal Question in Family Law in California

out of state ins. and travel expenses

My bf has 3 chrildren from a previous marriage. She moved to Arizona 2 years ago. We have been paying for all travel expenses, we ask her to pay half and she gives us excuses. We don't have a court order pertaining to the move..according to the court papers, she still lives in California. If we went back to court would they make her pay 50% of the travel expenses? We see them at every break they have...if she allows, sometimes she turns them against us if its time to visit. They are teens, do they have the right to decide? And one more thing, the father just changed jobs. With his new job they don't provide out of state health insurance. Does that mean we have to get a more expensive plan for us all or two plans, one for them and one for us?

The court would likely order sharing of travel expenses, and certainly you could get an order for guanranteed vistiation rights during off-track periods.
