Legal Question in Family Law in California
Statement of Disqualification
Once you file a statement of disqualification (170.3) Civil codes says the judge has 10 days after filing or service to respond.
Is that 10 calender days or court days?
If he strikes or refuses, do you know of anyone who can help a proper lig. write/file a writ?

If it was filed timely you wont need a writ.
