Legal Question in Family Law in California

Is there a statue of limitation on past due child support?

My daughter is now 24 years old, my husband and I went to court when she was about 2 years old and the judge told my husband that he had to pay $50.00 per month which he never did. I find myself in need of that money now which is about $10,000. Can I still get this money?

Thanks,

At this time child support is due until it is paid. The support should fall under the due until paid law. The amount of unpaid support earns interest at the rate of 10% interest per year.
