Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a status only bifurcation. The other party requested it. Do I have to continue to provide health insurance coverage? I have read CA Family Code Sec 2337. I know that if I requested the bifurcation that I would continue to provide coverage. But is the opposite true as well...if she requested it, do I still provide coverage?

I agree with White, except it is not automatic. It should have been in the status judgment, and if not, you need to ask that it be ordered.
