Legal Question in Family Law in California

Statute of limitations re: annulment

Is there a statute of limitations to file for annulment? We live in California but were married in Nevada. We've been married for just over a year. Also, if we DO get the marriage nullified, does that mean I am entitled to nothing?

Re: Statute of limitations re: annulment

In California there are only a few grounds for an annulment, and they are generally difficult to prove. You should discuss your situation with an attorney to determine what your options are.
