Legal Question in Family Law in California

Whats my next step?

I live out-of-state but my son lives in California. He is 14 and wants to live with me, so I filed to have a custody hearing in Dec. 2007. The judge decided he should stay in CA and retain the same visiting schedule. He is due to visit for spring break in April and his father will not take my calls. I am a single mom and went bankrupt in Jan. to pay the attorney in Dec. (which I still owe), so what can I do if his dad is not complying with the order but I cannot afford to hire an attorney? He was supposed to come in Dec and his dad claimed he wanted to wait for court to be over and then it was too short of notice to send him, and told the judge that he would pay for the whole April trip to make up for it. Now, he wont speak to me to make any arrangements. I feel like my hands are tied and my son is being punished because his father is mad at me for filing for the modification in our sons living arrangement.
