step mother wrongly acused of abuse

Do I have rights. Bio Mother's Declration states that me the Step Mother has abused her children. What can I do about that?

I'm assuming that she has filed an Order to Show Cause against the father (your husband) for full custody because you have abused the children (even if not true).

Your husband will have to fight the OSC and you will probably have to testify against the allegations.

Both of you should consult with an attorney and have legal representation. When someone makes allegations that aren't true in an attempt to get custody, it is a very serious situation and you need an attorney who can negotiate the system and file the appropriate documents.
