Step following the service of divorce papers
I filed for divorce, had respondent served. He had 30 days to serve me with a response. I was not served, I assume he did nor respond. What is the next step, rather next form I need to obtain and file with the court?

You might try going to your local facilitators office and they can assist you in preparing the paperwork to complete your dissolution. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

The next steps may be to take his default, comply with disclosure requirements, prepare and submit a Judgment to the Court. You may need to do some discovery as to your spouses' employment benefits.
