Legal Question in Family Law in California

Step-Parent Adoption

My son was born in 2004 and the fathers name was not put on the birth cert and we have not heard from him since I found out I was pregnant. I recently got married and my husband would like to adopt my son. I was wondering if this is possible considering the fact that the biological father has no contact with his son and I do not know his location. If you could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

If the natural father cannot be found, this should be possible. We offer free consultations and our rates are reasonable.
