I agree with the above, and add the following.
It is more than likely that your Default Case Review hearing will be what is commonly referred to as a default prove-up hearing. This is where the judge is required to determine whether your judgement equally divides community assets debts The judge may also inquire into proposed custody and support orders. In Los Angeles county, if everything is okay, the judge usually signs the judgement at the same hearing.
