Legal Question in Family Law in California
Sterday i recieved a summons from my ex bf asking for my son everyother weekend a dissaloution to our 2 month marriage & to close spouse support to stop giving me $..the summons says i have 30 days to reply he wants his son starting this fri from 830 pm to 7pm sunday night. im new to all this so does this mean i need to give him my son this weekend already or kan i wait my 30 days..? & im able to change his vistion rights my son is still to little & i do not want over night stays just yet..i also am concered bout this health & well being staying there how do i express my concerns bout that..& will this go to mediation at all or straight to the judge..? he is also abusive i have pictures & witnesses but never press chargers will this work towards him geting my son less time..?

I don't dare answer this question, since I am not even sure you have the facts straight. First of all, you refer to your husband as an "ex boyfriend." I am also curious as to what kind of spousal support you would get for a two month marriage.
