Legal Question in Family Law in California
stilll living under same roof with soon to be ex husband because i have been a stay at home mom. Have been told i cannot get spousal support until i move out, but cant move out until change of circumstance, which means moving out, but cant without out spousal support. Is this true?

No it is not true. You don't specifically say so, but seems that the divorce is already on file. If so, you should have moved for temporary orders right away. You need to file an Order to Show Cause (OSC) re: occupancy of the marital home and spousal support, right away.
