Is a stipulated judgement the same as a final divorce?

It depends on the terms of the stipulated judgment. Normally, there can only be one judgment in an action, but I have seen interlocutory status judgments, that terminate status but reserve jurisdiction for the court to decide property and other matters at a later date.

Mr. Roach is correct, it depends on the terms of the judgment. I would also add that even a stipulated judgment isn't a final divorce until it is entered by the court.
