In a divorce action that ended in a stipulated judgment, may the petitioner seek a motion to revisit the judgment.

Support issues and child custody issues can be modified upon a change of circumstances. The property issues (generally the remainder of the judgment) cannot be modified but could be set aside for proper grounds and uupon a proper basis, which is rare, unless there is an agreement of both parties.
