last stipulation by courts was no support paid by either party, my daughter moved to her moms 9 months ago full time, 9 months later my ex is asking for retro support for the past 9 months, shouldnt she have requested a support change when my daughter moved back and not 9 months later?

Child support can only be ordered retroactive to the date a motion is filed.
