Legal Question in Family Law in California

stop the sale of marital property

My wife refused to accept a division of assets based on appraised equity. I wanted the home. she refused. the court ordered all r.e. sold and division of equity. I am 58 permanently disabled .the home is next door to son who can help with care. my wife had forced me out of the home. she recently left the home and moved out of town. leaving home vacant. I want to stop any potential sale and force her to trade equity in another property that is worth more and is free and clear. Can I stop any interim sale. void any potential offers. what do I do in court or through court . She had possession of the house and abandoned the house.
