If you are the heir to the goods in storage, then you have a right to take the goods.

The storage place will want to be paid for any amounts not paid up to date for the storage.

See if you can convince them with the death certificates and an offer to pay the account up to date to allow you to take the goods.

If not, you might have to get a court order from the probate court.

Good Luck.
