Legal Question in Family Law in California

stuck

I have been involved in a

divorce after 32 years of

marriage. I have had one

court hearing. It was very

unbalanced. I cannot get my

attorney to get me back to

court for another OSC. It has

been one year. I have worked

and have a forensic accountant.

How can I get them to move.

They all agree the alimony is

way off. My X forged my

power of Att. and changed 27

accts while I was having a last

brain surgery. I had no clue. I

have spent over 100,000.00

and feel nowhere.

You should get a second opinion from another attorney. No one can answer your question over the internet. The amount of money that appears to be involved in your case is too much risk getting advice over the internet.
