Legal Question in Family Law in California

I apply for child support because my worker from medi-cal said i had to so my baby could keep his medical, i don't want any child support, the fathe has not been there to care for the baby, so i rather just not receive anything from him i have to go to the court on monday December 20 at 8am, but i just don't want any child suppor, how can i stop the prossess so i don't get any child support? in other words how can i close my case?

You can ask to withdraw you request for medi cal benefits for your child. There may be other options through Healthy Child medical insurance coverage through the state of California.
