How do I file a resisting order? Where do I go to file it and how much will it cost me. I want to file for child support and get custody of my child

If you are referring to restraining order, it depends upon the type of restraining order you desire to obtain.
If you are being abused by a boyfriend, husband, faather of a child or dating relationship, you should call the police and report your situation. If there is a history of abuse or some physical evidence of abuse, the police can obtain a temporary restraining order, for a 5 day period. Many courts, domestic abuse counselors and others will assist you with preparing the a petition for domestic violence. There is no court filing fee for a domestic violence petition.
