what form do i need to file with the courts to have letters from people who can back me up? I have a restraining order now againest my husband. These people already will be in court with me all but 2 people. also at our last court hearing my husbands lawyer said they were going to file a petition to move the case from ca to orgean we lived there for 8 monthes but i never changed my dr lic from ca i had to leave my home with my children and move to a batter womens home in ca we lived in brooking 5 minutes from ca border can he do this???

If his lawyer files a motion to transfer the case to Oregon, the letters won't make that much of a difference. If you haven't filed a divorce/paternity case in California yet, do so as soon as possible. If you have, then the court probably won't move the case up there unless the kids(assuming he's the father) are living up there. But if the divorce/paternity case hasn't been filed, you'll have to include an objection with your answer if he files up there.
