Legal Question in Family Law in California

We submitted a Qualified Domestics Relations Order to divide my ex husbands pension. He is unemployed so we don't hae a lawyer they want the applicable state provisions listed we can't find any info on the internet we live in california

QDRO's are a very specialized area of family law practice. I only know of two lawyers that do them out of a large number of family lawyers. It isn't something I would suggest you do on your own, looking up things on the internet. It would be best for you to contact your county bar referral service and have an attorney do it, correctly, for a reasonable fee.
