submitting a trial brief

I'm representing my son in his divorce (ad litem). How do I get my trial brief to the judge?

Re: submitting a trial brief

File it in the department hearing the trial. Usually 5 - 10 days before the trial. Make sure to give a copy to your opposing counsel.
