If have been subpoena to court and I don't want to testify what can I do?

Not much. If the subpoena is defective in some way, you can hire an attorney to try to quash it. Otherwise you face criminal contempt of court charges if you refuse to show up and testify. At a minimum you can expect a serious fine if you fail to show up.
