How to subpoena e-mail, cell phone and Facebook records for family court in California? What form do I need?

You need a notice to consumer with a subpoena attached and then subpoena with a copy of hte notice to consumer. This is not a do it yourself as federal law is invoked. Also cell phones are protected and cannot be subpoenaed without the consumer's consent. You won't get their emails if the servers are located in the Ninth circuit and probably not at all in my experience.
