Subpoena Information

Can an Attorney issue a Subpoena on a Friday holiday with a court date of monday morning? and can a Attorney change the date on a Subpoena after a judge has signed?

Attorneys are officers of the court and can issue a subpena. It must be served with a reasonable time to respond. Reasonable changes with the circumstances. I don't know why a judge would sign a subpena. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
