Legal Question in Family Law in California

Subpoena Procedure

With my fiancial resources completely exhausted, I've been forced to represent myself in more ridiculous family law proceedings. I need to obtain the psychatric appointment records of my ex-wife. I'm not as interested in the details of her treatment as I am in the dates of her appointments. How do I subpoena these records?

Thanks.

Re: Subpoena Procedure

You need to have the court clerk issue a subpoena and have the sherrif or an attorney service serve it.
