Sueing the State or Judge

Can I sue the State and or individuals in a child custody case? Also can I sue an individual for Defamation in a child custody case?

You should resubmit your question with facts regarding what, when and where the acts you are complaining about occurred. Suing judges is very difficult. They are generally given immunity from a law suit by statute.
