Legal Question in Family Law in California

What if I suffered extensive domestic physical abuse for over 34 years but, do not have any documented records from police, etc. Can I still use this in my divorce?

As this is a no-fault divorce state, it may have minimal relevance unless you wish to sue your husband in civil court for damages after the divorce or use it as a negotiating tool in the marital settlement agreement.
