suing husband and getting divorce

I am from India and married an Indian (who is in CA) and came to USA and stayed with him for 31/2 months and left him and went back He doesn't have much interest in sharing, living together. I left him to make him realise abt wife but in vain. For that reason why should he marry and spoil my life. Now he doesn't show interest in contacting me nor thinkikng of being together. I want to sue him for his emotional behaviour towards me when I was with him. Please suggest the possible ways. Thanks in adv.

You can definitely file for divorce. You need to file the case in california. Did he sponsor you? What is your visa status?
