Suing for Independence

How would a minor go about suing for independece, and what criteria must be met in order to do so?

It is unclear what you are referring to in your question. However, it appears that you are requesting information regarding the emancipation process. This requires the filing a petition with the court requesting that the court sign an order that the minor is emancipated. The minor must have a means of supporting themself.

The form for emancipation are designed to easily prepared by the minor.
