Reply: Summary Dissolution Information

No, you do not qualify for a Summary Dissolution based upon the information you have provided.

If the two of you can agree on how to allocate your assets and debts, you might consider using a qualified paralegal assistant to keep your divorce costs down. We offer attorney supervised paralegal support services for self represented parties that do not require attorney representation.
