Summary Judgment

The Court of Appeal directed the trial court to order DNA testing to be done to establish paternity of my son instead of ordering DNA testing the trial court suggested summary judgment and now I have to prepare a summary judgment I thought the Court of Appeal trumps that because he rendered the summary judgment after the Appellate Court decision
