Legal Question in Family Law in California
Summary Judgment
The Court of Appeal directed the trial court to order DNA testing to be done to establish paternity of my son instead of ordering DNA testing the trial court suggested summary judgment and now I have to prepare a summary judgment I thought the Court of Appeal trumps that because he rendered the summary judgment after the Appellate Court decision

Re: Summary Judgment
Without reviewing the appellate decision and the order appealed from it is impossible to give an opinion. I suggest that you take this to a family law attorney who is familiar with appellate procedure. You may call my office. Pat McCrary
