Legal Question in Family Law in California
if you get a supboena and go to court and plead the 5th will the case be dropped?. if on one talks will the judge dismiss the case?

If there is no evidence, the case will be dropped. Pleading the 5th will most certainly NOT get a case dropped. You really think you can get a case dropped just by you personally refusing to talk? Seriously?
