Legal Question in Family Law in California

Supervised Visitation

My daughter was born August 20,2006. I was able to see her on a week to basis. Then all of a sudden in November, her mother realized that there was no chance of her & I being together. So she basically told me in November she doesn't need my help. I haven't seen my daughter since. I filed a petition tfor child custody (joint). The mother is a complusive liar...& she will do anything to keep the power on when & if I can be in my daughter's life. I believe when it is time to go to court she will make up any FALSE allegations. If there is no proof...will this stick in court?

Re: Supervised Visitation

It is possible for her allegations to stick, which is why it is important for you to give this your best shot and that would be by retaining an attorney. You should get joint custody with proper representation. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
