Legal Question in Family Law in California

Supervised Visitation/Custody After Death

I have full legal/physical custody of my daughter. Her father can only see her on strict supervision. Can I give custody to my brother in case of my death since there is strict supervision with her father? What do I need to do?

You might be able to nominate a guardian in your will. See an attorney who is a certified specialist or is otherwise qualified in probate law.
