i got supervised vist in the home

but i been told that i can carry the child out of the home and my exwife has to follow me is that true cuz it does not state to be in her house and she also tells me that if i leave the front door with the child it will be kidnapping i want to know if that true or not

The answer depends upon the terms of the court order. Taking the child from her home could result in an even more difficult situation. Review the order with your attorney or another attorney. Then if necessary go to court to modify the order.
