Legal Question in Family Law in California

Supervised Vists

In California if a person has monitored/supervised visits, does the reason why

have to be included in a persons final judgment? If the answer is ''Yes'' then

what code or law states this?

Thank you

Re: Supervised Vists

The reason for supervised visits does not have to be stated in the judgment. Supervised visits are designed to punish and humiliate innocent Dads in front of their children while simultaneously extracting money that could be used to support that child, and while providing patronage income to off duty cops or friends of cops or friends of social workers (who always seem to get the jobs as visitation monitors). But don't get me started.
