Supoort for my daughter

I am at the beginning stage of a divorce with 2 kids. One is my biological kid the other she had before I married. I never legally adopted my daughter. Do I have to pay child support for her? I have been married since 2000.

The general rule is that you are responsible only for your biological or adopted children. You should consult with an attorney regarding the circumstances with the child you lived with for about 8 years.
