Legal Question in Family Law in California
I supplied the deposit for our first home with separate property. How do I declare that on Fl160 Separate Property Declaration?

You don't. It is quasi-community property or community property with a reimbursement claim. Either way it goes on the community property declaration.

I agree with Mr. McCormick. It sounds as though you have contributed separate property for the acquisition of a community property asset. You will need to make a reimbursement claim, not identify it as separate property.
