Legal Question in Family Law in California

support

My ex-husband never sends alimony/child support on-time. How do I get an automatic deduction from his payroll. I really don't want to go to court for this, but it is stressful every month to know when it will get here.

Take your order and go open a case with child support services in your county. They will get a wage assignment for you, and it won't cost any money.
