So on each page i lined out and changed the amount, and wrote full parragraph stating my sitution on the last page then signed. Two years later back in court i was presented with same document signed by jude,ex,and anttorny, with my signature on last page whitch was blank. Then was charge back support exceedig the amount that was written in by me. Five years later all my children are over 18 years of age, and i'm still paying with no change in balance, .Recently i visited the court house and found the original doccumets and all my statments were whitted out. What can i do ?

Re: Support Modification

You "saved" money by not having an attorney last time. Don't make the same mistake this time. You may be able to get the judgment set aside for fraud, but you have an uphill battle since it has been three years since you found out about the order and five years since the order was entered. The longer you wait the less likely you are to receive any relief from the judge, it may be too late already. Talk to an attorney. Your situation is too complex to deal with in a few sentences. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
