support order and adoption

My ex was granted to go to va. and moved to fl. without the courts or my knowledge. now she is going to be adoption my son to her new husband. I agreed to that. she threatened me that she will pull of the adoption and not let child support know. now she is saying she willlie to child support on her bills for my son so that way I have to pay more support I already pay half my check to her and are left with only $900 to support my new family (there is 4 of us). what am I to do?

You need to have your child custody orders reviewed by an attorney who does child custody. This needst to be done immediately. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
