Legal Question in Family Law in California
support order
I was given a judgement in my child support for nine years of unpaid child support. The judge stated what he owed me for each of the years and it totaled to $42,000.00 and she stated plus 10% interest. Then the court filled out in my name in pro per a judgement and in the judgement they wrote 10% interest on the total amount. Taking away nine years worth of interest on the money. I have the minute order from court and it doesn't say on the total amount. It states each year what he owed and plus 10% interest. How do I straighten out the order?
