Legal Question in Family Law in California

support or retirement

I divorced my ex husband about 4 years ago. I gave half of our home to my oldest daughter with the condition that he'd leave the other half to your youngest. I have no retirement plan or savings from out marriage. I supported him while he obtained a high paying State job. Is it too late to get an attorney and file for half of his retirement or for a partial of his retirement. I was without a job for about 5 months. Would I still be able to get some type of financial help from him at this point?

That deoends. When the divorce was finalized ...all of these issues were addressed or not? Are you getting spousal support?
