Legal Question in Family Law in California

support & selling home

I have spousal support, but I won't be able to make the house payment. I want to sell the house. My ex does not live in the home and does nothing to move forward to sell it. what can I do? I don't think it will sell for awhile and I don't want to foreclose on it. I can't get him to even show up to sign an offer if we got it. What can I do?

Go to court for an order requiring him to cooperate. If he doesn't cooperate, the judge can order the clerk of court to sign it.
