Legal Question in Family Law in California

I supported my wife through A CPA Progman and her Master's Degree in Accounting. When she graduated she move out to be with one of her professor's. Do I have legal remedies for future earnings

California does not grant future earnings based on education during marriage. The community may be entitled to some reimbursement for direct costs paid during the marriage if the education meaningfully increased the student/spouse's earning capacity. It can also be factored into spousal support awards. But there is no right to future earnings participation other than as a component of the spousal support determinations.
