surrendering parental custody

a mother wants to give up full custody to the other. what forms would need to be filled out , and what would happen if somewhere down the line the mother would like to regain custodial rights?

you can enter and file a stipulation for order. make sure the judge signs off.

Hello,

Depending on the jurisdiction and county, there are specific forms that would need to be filled out. Whether or not the mother could regain custody rights will be based on a various different factors.
